That professor should spend a few decades in prison, if it can be found he broke any laws. These days, our laws are a joke though. Either we don’t have them, or we don’t enforce them.
Or we have them, but as Leona Helmsley pointed out (in verisimilitude fashion), only the "little people" are charged with crimes.

AMEN! At the very least.
Can you imagine the turmoil and fear this will cause to the spouses and children of these agents as well as extended family.
The people responsible are the slime of the earth.
I'd prefer a little vigilante justice. Supposing his body and head were to show up in different counties. Obvious suicide.

Linked-in is a social media sight. The information in public Linked-In profiles is voluntarily put into the public domain by the use. If the professor simply compiled and disseminated information the ICE agents voluntarily placed in the public domain, he is not guilty of a crime.
This is another example of why people must be extremely cautious in using social media sites. If you don’t want everyone in the world to have information about you, don’t publish that information on Facebook, Linked-In, Instagram, Twitter, any website, or other internet platforms. There are evil people in the world and many of them are sweeping up information on the internet for wicked purposes.

Any lawyers out there who can give us the law on this without too much trouble?
