Writing for the Portland University Ungendering Research Initiative—that “thud” you just heard was IQ levels dropping another 15 points—a Ph. D. in Feminist Studies (“thud!”) denounces the city’s dog park as “a rape-condoning space” and breeding ground for “rape culture”. Her paper is difficult to translate into English, but she says dog parks “foster and perpetuate masculinist systems of communal oppression across species.”

The first step in reforming higher education would be to stop funding all the studies schools and departments: African-American, Women's, Chicano or Latino, etc etc. Nothing but gobbledygook masquerading as academic discipline and study.

Those “studies” play two critical roles: Boosting the GPAs of said victims (critical for aid), and awarding meaningless degrees to said victims to allow them to apply for the ever-increasing number of jobs that require “a degree”. An illiterate token will now have at least the basic requirement to be hired as a cop in many places now - or be commissioned as an officer in the military. The additional testing is just ignored/removed to fill a pre-determined number of slots with said illiterates.
