It’s as if our kids need deprogramming.
We homeschooled. Grown kids that are solid conservatives. Only way to be sure is to be with the kids more than the teachers are, and that made it an easy choice but it was a lot of extra effort. All worth it.
Some of them do, some have been radicalized. If they are not able to calmly debate and agree to disagree, if they are not willing to just not discuss it to keep family peace, if they are willing to lose family and friends to try to cram their beliefs down your throat, they are radicalized.
Families have always had political differences, but in the past people either agreed to not discuss politics during family time or they discussed them in a polite way, not allowing it to get out of hand. Now it seems the left is convincing them they have to be on the attack. That is being radicalized.
