The Kemalists (CHP) came in 2nd. They are NOT Socialists.

In 2018 turnout was 86% and 51 million people voted. (Pure BS, was voter fraud)

Presidential Election:

Erdogan (AKP) 52.5%

Ince (CHP) 31% (Kemalists)

Demirtas (HDP) 8.4% (pro Kurd candidate in jail)

For the Parliament:

Erdogan lead (AKP) 53%

Ince lead (CHP) 33% (Kemalists)

Demirtas lead (HDP) 11.7% (Pro Kurd)

So, the Pro Kurd HDP Party did again break the magic 10% threshold.

Were these numbers honest? NO WAY.

Very serious voter fraud across the entire nation.

The US ComDems would have been proud of Erdogan’s AKP.

They are the main “center-left” party in the country. If they aren’t socialists then neither is the UK Labour Party or our democrats. They are members of the Party of European Socialists and the Socialist international. I like their secularism but I’d be damned if could vote for them if I were a Turk. Plus they’d like to swap Egro’s tyranny for that of the EU.

The Kurd party appears to be stridently leftist.

I understand you are coming from a position of rightly wanting Ergodan to lose, and the election may well have been hinky, but those are lousy alternatives too. Maybe it would be better for us if they won but not the Turks who’s taxes would go up.
