LOL. 90 degrees on July 1st! The horror! Gore grew up in Tennessee and Washington, DC. He knows from personal experience that July temperatures of 90 degrees are unheard of in those locales, unimaginably extreme!

I baked in the 70’s baling hay. 103 highs, 130 in the barn.
.02 a bale. 3 days to get 25 bucks. That was work but I wasn’t want for stamina, muscle and endurance.

Me too. I grew up just outside DC. I remember “living” in the basement several Summers because it was over 90 degrees.
