Based on graduation rates, it appears most Africans are over there heads in high school. We need safer bullets.

Don't force a child to go to collage if it is not their thing and their future goals do not require it. You are only going to make them hate scholarship to the point they will never have the desire to try.

Let them alone and when they are older they might decide of their own volition to expand their book knowledge.

It's inconceivable that college administrators are unaware that they are admitting students who are ill-prepared and have difficulty performing at the college level...Good article - methinks the University family doth protest too much - as Williams says, they know perfectly well that they're admitting people who can't really handle the work, and statistics would show it - that's why they won't release the records, and maybe don't even keep them for fear of what they'll demonstrate......
