I’m voting for Kemp too. I’ll be researching other congressional candidates shortly before the election day. If you just do your homework, you’ll be fine. I’m sure other Freepers will be talking about it in the days leading up to the election. Isn’t there a “Georgia” page here on FR? You can check that.
I voted Kemp. He’s less bad.
Actually, here’s the link to the Georgia page. You can set up to get updates from anyone who posts on it.

Cagle’s derogatory commercials have gotten on my last nerve . . .
So I’m voting Kemp.
Kemp.
I believe the primary is the most important vote. I first review the candidates website. If he doesn’t bother to have one, I don’t bother to vote for him.
I also like to look at voter guides. Again, if they choose not to answer, especially the major ones, I choose not to cast a ballot.
This year, I contacted a couple candidates regarding their positions. One called me back and we had a good conversation and he got my vote.
Another candidate for state delegate did not receive my vote. The current delegate is a republican, somewhat conservative but also kind of a clown. I told the other candidate I was looking for a reason to vote for her rather than him. Her website was fairly nebulous and I wanted solid answers. Since neither she nor a campaign member bothered to call me back, I voted for the incumbent. I even told her than my three kids who still live in the district and my wife all vote following my advice. Five votes lost. He won, she lost.

Kemp!
As a long time Georgia native i am not that excited about any of the candidates for runoff. I knew Cagle and Kemp and the best thing I can say is they are both politicians and believe anything either of them tell you in that vain.
I prefer Raffensperger to Belle Isle only because Belle Isle lied about his ancestry and I do not like anyone who does that. Both are from the wealthiest suburbs of Atlanta and have ventured little outside their areas. Legislators I know don’t dislike them but question either’s interest to anything outside Atlanta.
David Shafer has been around for a long time. He is okay but not very exciting in a statewide race against the Democrats.
issue with all Republican candidates is they are Atlanta centric (Kemp from Oconee Co) and have not had much enthusiasm in the rest of Georgia.
Kemp is marginally better than Cagle so we are voting for Kemp.
Cagle is Nathan Deal 2.0 an undocumented Democrat.
Also voting Kemp.
Shafer for Lt Gov, Belle Isle for Sec of State, not sure after that. Kemp is vital to keep the blatantly corrupt Cagle out of the capitol.
