If it happens, the Black Community can no longer pretend that they are the Left's Special People anymore. They will have been officially replaced by Hispanics. The DNC cannot allow that to become common knowledge among blacks. Thus, it will not happen.
(Totally unrelated and coincidental fact: legal Hispanics surpassed blacks in overall US population and registered voters. Now why would the DNC change preferences? Hmmmmm. It's a stumper.)
