Cool, now all we need is to see is the assailant sent to jail. I have a feeling he will. He already has a record, he was arrested and charges filed, and if judges there are like the judges are where I live they don't take kindly to people with records assaulting people.

the perp is identified. he was fired from both his full time job and his part timr job. hr is also under arrest. though i dont know what will happen to him.
