He passed because it was his questioning that Bannon refused to answer.
Little mini-me Schiff-for-brains, Swalwell brought it up based on Bannon not answering Treys questions and he wanted him subpoenaed.

Strzok has been given two years to plan his testimony. He has said nothing of relevance except that he can’t discuss FBI business. Does anyone have a guess as to why he is still with the FBI? If they fired this little puke he would be in the same position as Page. It has taken our Congress 2 years to set up hearings where everyone has an “out”.

WTH are the Republicans doing? Why arent they arresting these swamp creatures like they promised to uphold the law of the land? Because too many of those republicans are swamp creatures too.

Did anyone else catch Strzk's assertions - paraphrased - that scores of FBI underlings were part of the net going after Trump? Sort of puts the lie to the refrain that "99.9" percent of the FBI is pure.
If this isn't true, and it's just another one of his delusions, he's a liar of the highest magnitude. And if it is true, we're really screwed.

Another gigantic waste of our taxpayer dollars. WHERE ARE THE INDICTMENTS?
AGREED, but here in 2018 the USA does not have a functioning DOJ. Congress cannot indict and are even too timid and scared to issue contempt citations let alone proceed with impeachment of Rosenweasal, let alone Sessions.
MY QUESTION TO ANYONE WITH INSIGHT - WHERE IS TRUMP ON ALL THIS? The DOJ is his department and the FBI reports to the DOJ. I don't know but it seems to me he needs to crack a whip or unleash some pink slips. That is what would happen in the private sector, that part of society that Trump came from with a promise to clean out the infestation of our Federal Government.
I am convinced more every day the only solution is Article V, but it will take forever and this nation cannot afford a retaking of any branch of Fed Gov by the lying, cheating RAT party.

I know you know the answer - the Congress cannot arrest anyone. That has to come from the DOJ/FBI the very department that is infested with Ovomitites.

Another pickup from today. Nadler needs a bitch slapping. I wish Trump would start the process to arrest SOMEONE. Nadler used the OIG Report to let Strzok off the hook. We waited a few years for the OIG Report. Nothing of value there. Dems are using the hearing process to bash Trump and everything he stands for.

++++++++++
My answer:
Avoiding, at least for now, handing Mueller and his umpteen Dem lawyers any ammution that would help them bring Obstrucion of Justice charges against the President.
That is all there is to Trump seeming lack of action. But, knowing Trump, I for one would not expect this position to last forever. When he decides to move I think he will.

This Lofgren hag just said Russia interfered with our election? Of course, she offered zero evidence.
Anyone, is Jim Jordan on this committee?
To: Truth29
That is an observation also made by Lou Dobbs who has said that he has never seen anything resembling salacious or lovey dovey among all their emails. There was testimony by Strzok that he had an opportunity to review text messages before turning them over to the DOJ IG and his removal of those (sexually) personal messages was approved by the IG. Whether the IG actually had a chance to see them before removal or just took Strzok's word is unclear.

I am sure Page and the douche Strzok are married but I cant google the date or where they got married.

Sheila and Strzk just opened the door, IMO.

The democrats are going to release his private testimony against the rules, so Page can read it before she testifies. Can’t get any more corrupt

So far, it is apparent that the IG report is part of the coverup. Strzok is hiding behind the reports conclusion that there was no evidence of bias in the decisions made in the Hillary email investigation.

The democrats are using parliamentary procedures inappropriately to obstruct the hearing, thereby obstructing justice. Wow!

My hope is that Sessions has been working in the background and, possibly after the November elections, we’ll see some massive action.
Could be President Trump is waiting on the confirmation of Kavanaugh.
