I think nap is correct in his assessment. This nominee will be neutral for the court at best. Defending NSA spying is indefensible. That being said I’m going on record now that he will not get confirmed because of his defense of government spying on Americans. I trust the president but I still do not think this guy will get confirmed. We can’t have the government collecting unlimited information on all Americans. Databases of everything on everybody are ultimately used against the people in the most horrific ways.
