From what I have read Strzok was basically CIA and has been since 1996.He’s owned and operated by the Clintons and as they lost power he undoubtedly became a function of zero/valjar. Strzok is also in the SES a wholly owned subsidiary of Clinton inc.
As far as his ties to the FBI go there is no record of him ever taking any of the normal testing or vetting that FBI folks go through. He has failed his last two polygraphs and is seen in the strangest of places throughout the world.

Also Strzoks father Peter SR. was undoubtedly CIA and rumors were he was an arms dealer for Iran.
