There are a couple of things at work with this hysterical over-reaction of the left (and some republicans). 1- Trying to convince the public that Trump is a traitor and therefore can rightfully be removed from office either by violent or non-violent means. 2- Convincing the public that Trump is a traitor and therefore should not get the Supreme Court nominee he selected.

If you or other start saying let’s “get ‘em!” and ignore all aspects of what sedition and treason are, that’s like letting the wart hogs in with the swine.

It is usually pinpointed to an individual or two or a small group.
Treason: treason is violation of one’s allegiance to one’s country or sovereign; treason threatens the entire country with all its people. (News18, India)
Cohen’s remark should be regarded as treason as are the other remarks of replacing our current leaders with a disgraced woman or by use of the military. Sedition is accusing and creating discord leading to insurrection by lying about the activities of the current leaders, etc. (Antifa is a great example.)
I think all those jerks spouting off at the mouth should cool their heels in jail for at least 90 days.
What those ignoramuses will do with slandering and sedition and treasonous statements is get the young men and women truly ignorant of our Constitution and Bill of Rights riled up and they will end up as “Antifa”, hopefully arrested and not understanding why. I am confident there are many socialist, communists, etc. who would be delighted to have this happen. Let’s thwart the whole affair and jail them after charging them for exactly what they are doing, committing treason and sedition.
