I have been taking Omega-3 supplement for ten years. I think I’ll continue taking it...just in case.
I take minimal (RDA) amounts of a wide array of vitamins and minerals every other day with the ONLY intent being to not develop any deficiency. I personally believe beyond science proven RDA is engaging in risky or worthless behavior.
