I have all the proof I need that fish oil helps. I take 1800mg a day and my cholesterol dropped from over 200 down to 160.
The thing is, fish oil by itself only has so much impact, have to increase one's water intake to help it flush the bad cholesterol out. Most people miss that part.
I also notice he is a strong proponent of specifically krill oil; I have taken it before but don’t have any right now. It tends to be quite pricey $$ and sometimes the organic store doesn’t have it.
How much water per day do you suggest?
