BREAKING: CNN boss and Trump punching bag Jeff Zucker, 53, announces he is taking a six-week leave to undergo surgery for a heart condition
Jeff Zucker told employees at a CNN meeting on Thursday that he would be taking a medical leave for a heart condition he has had for 10 years
He has been the president of CNN Worldwide since 2013, and oversees CNN as well as HLN and and the company's digital properties
He was previously the CEO of NBC/Universal, and worked closely with President Donald Trump while he was making The Apprentice
Zucker, 53, and Trump were on good terms for years, and the real estate scion even endorsed Zucker for the job at CNN in 2012
Their relationship began to sour over the primary, and President Trump now calls CNN 'fake news' and Zucker 'Little Jeff Z'
President Trump and Zucker have a relationship that stretches back more than a decade, to the time when both men were working for NBC.
That relationship was positive for years, but has been acrimonious at best for the past two years.
Zucker is frequently mentioned by President Trump on Twitter, who has taken to calling him 'Little Jeff Z.'
President Trump went after Zucker just this past weekend, writing: 'Remember, it was Little Jeff Z and his people, who are told exactly what to say, who said I could not win the election in that “there was no way to 270” (over & over again) in the Electoral College. I got 306! They were sooooo wrong in their election coverage. Still hurting!'

Not much info on Zuckerberg’s heart condition, but they sure were able to get in a lot of hits on Trump.
All that money and power. Sooner or later we all face the same fate. Time to get right with God.

Well, I guess this shows Zucker has one. But I will send up prayers for a successful surgery. Yes, 53 is awfully young to have such heart issues. And maybe he will have a ‘change of heart’, post surgery.
Mr Zucker resigned today due to his health and he wants to spend more time with his family.
It did not have anything to do with CNN circling the bowl.

If his heart gets better, he might feel better. If he feels better, he might be nicer. If he becomes nicer, maybe he will start like normal people. If he starts liking normal people, maybe he will reformat his pitiful news station, so normal people might consider it a news source. If his pitiful news station ever becomes a news source, maybe they will discover Obama’s actual birthplace...or if Larry Sinclair and Reggie Love ever knew each other and a few Russian guys too. I hope he makes it. When CNN fails, I would like to know that he’s still part of it and failing right along with everyone of those rat ba$$tards that work there.
