Trump should be dissolving the UNCONSTITUTIONAL “Ninth Circuit Court”, not naming people to it.
He obviously is becoming less effective each day, and is surrounded by imbecile advisers and enemies.
He needs to smarten up fast and start going PINOCHET.

Trump can’t dissolve the Ninth Circuit. He is not King nor God nor Dictator. Congress can add a circuit or dissolve, not Trump.
