She needs to hire a different fashion consultant. The one she’s used for the past 30 years has to be blind. She herself has no fashion sense and apparently no one around her is bold enough to tell her. Someone must have destroyed all the mirrors in her house. I thought the ones of her walking the dogs (that includes Bill) on the beach were the worst ever filmed but nothing can top this outfit.
I do believe she thinks she looks terrific...if she had any self awareness, she’d stay home.
