I note the article neither describes what happened during the “infamous meeting”, that the woman had links to the Clinton Campaign, nor points out how it is actually incongruous with the narrative that there was a relationship between the Trump Campaign and the Russians.
It was a bombshell, but the DOJ is still controlled by Obama and Hillary supporters. Trump for some reason can’t get his people in there to take over.

You are right, there is no ‘jury trial’ date scheduled unless Flynn’s plea is withdrawn which is a possibility. My meaning of the word trial was not in terms of a jury trial but in terms of turning the tables on Mueller’s office. In this sense, there will be a trial in the court where Flynn accuses Mueller’s office of hiding information conveyed to Mueller.
In the meantime, there is sentencing which keeps getting delayed because Flynn is supposed to be cooperating with Mueller when in fact he brings facts to Mueller that are not wanted. The material Mueller seeks does not exist in reality.
In any event, Flynn is allowed a lawyer at sentencing who will lay out to the court all items presented in cooperation with Mueller’s office. This is allowed for the court to weigh the scope and severity of sentencing. This is what Mueller wants to avoid. Mueller does not want the record to show what General Flynn disclosed to the Special Counsel’s office. This is why Q posted to describe circumstances by which material can get on record in absence of a prosecutor to accept the material. Flynn presented material that should result in prosecutions of Obama officials related to Russian collusion. This is NOT what Mueller wants. Mueller will only accept evidence to be presented to the court that implicates Trump. He will not allow any evidence that implicates persons of the Obama administration including Clinton.
The liar media say he’s been cooperating with Mueller’s office and that is why sentencing keeps getting delayed. Wrong.
How do you get evidence admitted in the absence of a prosecutor? You get yourself arrested or you plead guilty to charges. In this case, the charges were based on altered reports which negate the original charges. The issue is how can a guilty plea be left standing when the underlying charge is invalid?
In addition, Flynn can pursue countercharges against the prosecution for failing to review his evidence.

The only reason a court would grant a delay in sentencing would be if there circumstances that could mitigate a court’s decision on sentencing. Those circumstances would be summarized by both Mueller’s office and Flynn’s lawyer. If Mueller’s office has no circumstances to present, Flynn’s lawyer will have circumstances to present. This becomes a public spectacle that serves as an effective trial of Mueller.
