Body found on ranch admitted to be perp’s son, weakened from lack of oxygen during pregnancy. So the exigent circumstances of local police receiving tip of child endangerment was used. It is now alleged that the Imam of the NY mosque featured in the 9/11 attack is one of the perp’s father, and called in the tip to the NM cops.
