Sometimes it is just better to put your defense in the closing arguments, sometimes you can just overload a jury with nonsense better to just tell your side and be done with it!!!! With the way the judge has been treating the prosecution the jury already has some idea that the case is a bunch of BS!!!!

Isn't this article jumping the gun? Isn't the defense working on their motion to acquit? Wasn't that supposed to be presented today?It was, and the judge denied it.

The defense did ask for an acquittal but the judge declined. It’s going to the jury but the judge will give jury instructions.
