There has to be some way to stop these judges from making policy that does not have laws behind it. The president should be the only one making policy for the government not some random federal judge.
Article III, Section I:
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. [emphasis added]Congress can nip this in the bud. Set it up so that challenges to an EO go directly to SCOTUS, or if in a Federal court, that jurisdiction applies only to that district or circus. This is waaaaaaay overdue.
