The expression I used the other day was inartful,


“Inartful” Interesting word. I guess he means that he thinks America has never been great, but his choice of words expressing that thought were poorly chosen. What would be an ‘artful’ way of expressing the idea?

Yeah, what does “inartful” mean? Without going to an online dictionary, I think it means “speaking or acting with insufficient cleverness”.

Which means Andy Cuomo gave it away. He DOES think America was never great, but he slipped up and spilled the beans.
