What kind of lip fungus does that guy have going on?
Looks like someone tried to stitch his mouth shut. Shouldn’t have stopped there.
That photo’s from an earlier arrest. He may have been huffing or chuffing or whatever it’s called. It leaves residue — usually paint — on the user’s mouth. Also, the daughter was 16 when the bathroom incident occurred, so that photo of the girl (if it is indeed her) is a few years out of date.
