According to the article (that doesn’t seem to permit copying), Hogan Gidley, an assistant WH Press Secretary, issued a statement to the WP saying that Beattie doesn’t work here anymore, courtesy of Vince Haley, the head WH speechwriter.
This was a result of an upcoming “exposé” by CNN, based on [fake] information supplied by SPLC.
Gidley said they don’t comment on personnel matters. End of story.
