What’s heartening is that GOP primary votes for the governorship exceeded Democratic votes by 100K. https://www.politico.com/election-results/2018/florida/ That’s about 3.5% of out 3.1m votes in total.

Yes more than 100k GOP votes than Dem votes. Also interesting, every FL Metro area went for Gillum, while all but Tallahassee went for DeSantis.
