“he needs to fire Rosenstein and Sessions now”
.
.
.
must wait until after Kavanaugh is confirmed. There are a few senators who have declared they will not confirm Kavanaugh if Sessions if fired (Flake, and I forgot who else).

It should be more than a two-fer. It should be a deep firing, probably every appointed official in the DOJ & several career office holders as well. It should be a complete wipe-out of the seventh floor of the FBI including the Administration Assistants.

The entirety of the DOJ & FBI is riddled with treasonous Deep State scum that are a cancer on the republic.

They should then relocate the FBI headquarters to Fargo ND & the DOJ to Ypsilanti, MI. It is time to remove a vast majority of the Federal Government out of the SWAMP and into the country it is paid to serve.

Won’t Flake be gone after November election? Or is he hanging in until 2020?

he’ll be gone, but if Trump fires Sessions now, he still has a vote.

So, wait until after the confirmation, the fire Sessions, that’s the EARLIEST it can be done.

Obtaining a Warrant.

(1) In General. After receiving an affidavit or other information, a magistrate judge—or if authorized by Rule 41(b), a judge of a state court of record—must issue the warrant if there is probable cause to search for and seize a person or property or to install and use a tracking device.

I can understand the 1st warrant, but no judge questioning what additional evidence was gathered to justify renewing the warrant three additional times? Also getting to the 3rd renewal, no judge asked why need a 4th warrant? Did not get enough with the 1st three?

Having said all that, how many FISA warrant reviews by the specially appointrd judges involve hearings?

If the answer is none, why is this one different?

DOJ has a rule not to indict 60 days before an election.
The opportunity has passed for Sessions.
He will be fired after the elections.

Can you imagine what a difference there would have been had The Donald gotten Rudy Guliani as his attorney general instead of this Howdy Doodie mookabooker?

Mueller goes too. Once he gets past Sessions and Rothstein, Trump will keep firing on down the line until he finds someone who will obey his order to fire Mueller. That person will become the acting AG until everything settles down and the Senate is ready to confirm Trump’s choice for his replacement. That may be six months or more.

Huber hasn’t even talked to Ohr.

So the little terd of an AG is really slow walking it just like his weasel deputy.

I would pick Larry Klayman, let him fire Rosenstein and shut Mueller down.

I don’t have an answer for Sessions or RR. To my way of thinking they should both be heading for the exit.

I would have fired RR the very night of the day he released those indictment of supposed Russian hackers, the very first day I was out of the country to attend an international conference.

That IMO was an unmistakable political move.

Wish I could argue with that.

I can’t argue with that point PIF. It may be dead on target, the part about him idolizing the DOJ.

About all I know for sure, is that he has been there long enough to take some action, and he’s taken none.

Enough already!

Huber isn't going to indict anybody. He was tasked with only reviewing information to make a recommendation as to whether additional special prosecutors should be appointed.

Being in Utah, Huber can't indict anyone whose crimes weren't committed in Utah jurisdiction.

We dont have anyone on tap who will replace the top 3 stooges. PLUS, there could be a vendetta against the replacements after the Trump govt ends in 6 years time so its hard to get replacements. I agree, blow it all up but you’d better get someone who aint afraid of the repercussions afterwards..

A lot of names have been floated, all of them good.

Ted Cruz would be good, but we need him in the Senate. Rudy would be good, but he’s too close to the president right now. Bad optics. judge Jeanine would be good, but she may be more valuable on TV.

There are other names popular among conservatives: Joe DiGenova or his wife Victoria Toensing might have the same optics problem as Rudy. Maybe Pam Bondi.

But I just had an idea. This would be a good, capable person, RNC member, a minority female, good on TV, and a practicing attorney. How about Harmeet Dhillon?
