The ad is aimed at kids and what they like to do, pulling heartstrings.

Very, very few make a living at skateboarding, or professional sports, or hundreds of hobbies we had as a kid.

Wonder what the ratio of professional skateboarders is, to the number of kids that had life altering injuries while falling off rails and such?

In most cities the building manager has to install knobs and spikes on their hand rails, less the building owners be sued for an attractive nuisance.
