I don’t see how the FBI would look at it at all... anything from high school would have long ago expired from the statute of limitations (except murder)... why would the FBI look at any crime that can’t be prosecuted?
They’re not looking at it. DiFI wants America to think they are.
Background checks cover more than just past possible criminal activity.
