No, she should be given her day under the provision that if and when she is found to be lying, she will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in Federal court and if found guilty, receive the maximum sentence with no possibility of parole.
I agree. She should not be part of any part of this process. 65 women have vouched for him. I don’t believe her at all. His entire life is spotless, until this woman comes around. Where are her friends to say ‘yea, I remember her telling me about that!’ Nothing. No memory of where she was, who was there, except for Kavanaugh- of course. Nothing to verify an iota. Grassley is one of my senators, and he is extremely squidgy. The other one, Ernst, is a real zero. I have emailed both of them many times and get the same lame responses. “Thanks for the input, but are you giving me big bucks the way the ethanol lobby is?”
Grassley doesn’t presently have the votes.
