Each branch has enumerated powers under the Constitution and they’re not equal. It seems a lot of people on the so called right have bought into the notion that the judicial branch is the final arbiter on all things regarding the Constitution. It’s not.

Given that the USSC Chief Justice is the person who oversees the FISC Judges, and Sessions is the Head of the Justice Department whom was presenting cases to them, it would be appropriate to notify the Court that due to information now available there are clear conflicts of interest and possible criminal activities that took place to talk the court into granting FISA warrants. To remedy that he is now taking control of the Investigation.
I suspect we will find some of these same people talked via email on how to convince Sessions to recuse himself in the first place so they could move forward with the Collusion lie and also hide their deeds.
