Because the “anonymous” allegations like this that are received by members of Congress probably number in the tens of thousands. What are they going to do — investigate them all?
I don’t read the print press, so I only see articles online, mostly via FR (excerpts or in full). so many sites block with a paywall after 3 articles a month that I can read no further (even if I start going there via google).
I don’t know the timeline but Larry Elder said that the accuser went to the Washington Post. Was she named in print or on air before she did that or did she out herself? Does twitter count?
