Ben Carson floats 'big picture' conspiracy to explain Brett Kavanaugh sexual assault allegation
Washington Examiner ^

Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson spoke Friday of a wide-ranging clandestine plot that aims to disrupt the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh.

Speaking at the Values Voter summit in Washington, D.C., Carson tied, without evidence, a sexual assault allegation the judges faces to a group of people actively trying to undermine American democracy.

“If you really understand the big picture of what’s going on, then what’s going on with Judge Kavanaugh will make perfectly good sense to you,” Carson said. “There have been people in this country for a very long time, going all the way back to the Fabians, who have wanted to fundamentally change this country.”

Carson was referring to the Fabian Society, a British socialist group that dates back to the 1800s that today factors into United Kingdom's Labor Party. As noted in other reports, a chapter was opened in Boston in 1985, but is no longer active.

What the courts give, the courts can take away. That is one of the big fears of the left. Their only real progress has been through the tyranny of the courts. Secondly, they see the courts as the only way to stop Trump. Trump is fundamentally changing the nature of the courts. And if he breaks up the 9th, then the change will happen much quicker.

The left is panicking big time.

I was about to call that out then saw your comment.

In a year, the left/dems will have fabricated the accepted truth of it all.

...”The Cultural Marxists took over colleges. That gave them the door into MSM. Now they want complete control of the court system.”...

YES! And, tenure gave them the power to do and say anything they wanted without any rules or regulations on their behavior. They could not be fired. Today, we have a nation in turmoil which has arisen out of a jungle morality where the meanest and the most brutish are coddled and protected in their oppression of the population. It is called “political correctness,” an unrecognized dictatorship existing among the oppressive, elite minority which wants absolute authority in this country to play God in order to protect their power and wealth. Radical women have been front and center in this revolution and while many hate their own gender, they weaponize their biological faminity when it is political useful, while they are very mannish otherwise. It is my opinion that we are seeing this play out in the Kavanaugh situation.

“No wonder so many on the Left even deny evil exists!”

Which is quite ironic, since it’s apparent the left has given itself over to Satan. Their extremely vitriolic anf vile words and actions don’t come from normal people.

Carson added. “The further they get from being able to control the courts, the more desperate they become.
Now, with Trump-appointed judges, they wont be able to control the courts for another generation.......
creating chaos and destruction is all they have left.

In Kavanaugh, they see not only a disturbing chink in their precious abortion rights.....
but their nefarious, but highly successful, schemes to push their agenda through the courts is threatened.

The words of Obama's comeback speeches underline this theory very well.

Judge K. MUST follow through with a defamation of character lawsuit. She must be put under oath in a deposition.

Otherwise, it will be as you say.

I am not so sure that this is only about abortion. I think it helps the far left to whip up its base to say so, though.

Kavanaugh may be more willing to permit restrictions on abortion, but there is little evidence that he favors overturning Roe. That is why a lot of pro-life organizations were lukewarm about his nomination.

I think this is more about the balance in the court, and the future inability of the progressive left to advance their agenda through the courts, rather than legislatively.

That agenda extends far, far, beyond the issue of abortion and is truly radical. This is really a battle for the soul of the country.

Someone else went through the little solid details that exist and found another suspect who is a better match.

That strategy lets them say maybe you were assaulted, but it isn’t Kavanaugh.

My theory about cultural Marxism is that it was something that laid dormant for several decades, after Gramsci first came up with his ideas. Because during the 20s, 30s, and 40s, most Americans had no interest in sticking up for the so-called oppressed. But then it came to life in the 1960s due to organic changes that were happening in society, which the cultural Marxists saw an opportunity to exploit.

Teenagers who were growing their hair long, listening to The Rolling Stones, and smoking weed, started out as just being Rebels Without a Cause, who just wanted to piss off their parents. But the cultural marxists saw an opportunity and convinced these kids that they were so much smarter and more enlightened than their parents or grandparents generation, and they could change the world for the better. And because there was so much prosperity at this time, the spoiled brats had the luxury of buying into this crap, as opposed to teenagers who grew up during the Depression and faced real hardship.

Then all these young left-wingers preceded to take control of the democratic party in the 1970s. And ever since then, they’ve tried to use the social movements of the 1960s as a means by which to portray America as a country divided between a good half, which Embraces the social movements, and a bad half that wants to send us back to the Dark Ages.

This was the start of what I refer to as a “time release civil war”. These leftists knew they could not Implement their agenda overnight. It would be a 40-year project. They had to wait for older Americans with more Traditional Values to die off, and slowly replace them with the young zombies who they brainwash into their left-wing ideology in the schools which they took over.

We conservatives like to fault the Republican establishment. But who puts the Republican establishment in power? Who goes to the polls during the primaries to vote for these nominees? It’s the rank-and-file Republican voters, that’s who. Rank-and-file Republican voters have been very slow to recognize this time release Civil War. That’s why they keep nominating squishes like Bush, McCain, Romney..... whoever’s turn it is next.

Finally, this time release Civil War has reached a point where rank-and-file Republicans went out and voted for something different in Trump. Now for the first time since this 40-year War began, we finally have a prototype in Trump, that rank-and-file Republican voters can point to, and say this is what we need, this is what we demand, now freaking Supply it to us..... no more squishes!!!

A couple of things occurred that allowed the Cultural (And other types!) Marxists to dominate college and universities all interconnected.

1. Vietnam War/Draft - The war, the incompetent management of the war & the use of draftees to fight the war created a situation where these institutions could claim to be “morally heroic” to hire, retain anyone (student and/or faculty) claiming to be antiwar. These actions made legitimate anti-patriotism & created the notion that faculty/students were above the country & “citizens of the world” all the while voraciously collecting/spending US taxpayers money.

2. 1960s racial unrest & drive toward full civil rights for racial minorities - In its self a good & necessary thing, but the past can’t be undone. Government actions legitimized the “race card” & “total egalitarianism” as the only moral goal. “Total egalitarianism” is impossible! At any point in time a cross country “snapshot” of any profession, field of work, etc. will show racial disparities. Of course the government applies this “rule” unevenly, are professional sports 13% black? Again government action acerbates the problem not eliminate it. It legitimizes “protesting” & grievances as the way to get ahead not personal individual effort.

3. The “Women’s Rights” movement - This took a minor problem that again was dying out over time and pretended it was a major problem. Used the “Racial Rights” movement as its model - again delegitimized personal effort.

4. Socialism is Always Attractive - Security, prosperity and success with no personal effort, whose not attracted to that? It appeals to what is humanity’s worse vice - envy. Claims personal effort to get ahead is selfish, immoral & impossible. College, etc also live in a “protected” socialist appearing world. So to them why won’t it work in the real world, “ money appeared in their paychecks why won’t it appear in yours”!

5. The belief everyone needs to go to college & too much government money to make it happen! - Free money (it seems) for anything as long as college & university is stamped somewhere on the documents. No one in the government at a minimum asking the question, “What is taxpayer ROI on a ‘fill-in-the-blank’ Studies degree? Where’s the economic need for such a degree?” Then there is the college, etc. desire to increase the numbers of women & minorities in their student bodies & faculties and do it instantly so they can feel good about themselves.

6. Failures of the schools governing bodies and state legislatures if state schools to look hard at the expenditures & actions. - Both governing bodies & state legislature to easily swayed by offers of school perks (e.g, football tickets, etc) & panicked by the race & gender cards to do the job.

7. The general public allowing the unionization of the public K12 system. This let the K12 system primarily serve themselves rather the public and the students & the results are obvious.

8. Radical Egalitarianism - This was mentioned above but it’s key in regard to education at all levels. Basically it means no standards! Standards mean some do well, some do mediocre & some do poorly that means a hierarchy. Liberal seem to think it’s ok in sports but not anything else.

Now take 1 - 8 mix in the incompetence of a Kingman Brewster - Yale President in the mid-1960s, (There have been and still are many Kingman Brewsters!) Colleges & universities felt pressured wished to instantly fix the racial/gender, cultural diversity problem in their student bodies.

It can be fixed if alumni, parents, board of regents & state legislature decide to do it. Not mentally go into a daze when someone says, “It’s for the children!”. Why, how, explain, and how much it costs always needs to be asked and it’s ok to say. “You’re wrong! No it’s not!

Unfortunately we have let all this go to a point where these schools need to be considerably trimmed back. The backlash will be fierce & violent. We saw a glimpse of that with the Trump & conservative speaker protests. People need to fired, prosecuted if necessary including local officials if aiding & abetting, federal funding withheld for schools & locations until they get the message.

The Fabians were the first to hit our shores with a collectivist mindset

I guess some French Revolution commune survivors did too

Former members of the Committee for Public Safety of whatever they called those juries of death

The big influx of commies to our shores was when we went from Dutch Anglo French Spanish stock to Eastern European stock

That’s where it emanated from...and Germany was where it all got written down

You’re both missing one very important group that brought socialism with them, one whose impact on American political history always seems to get overlooked. And that’s the largely German refugees from the failed Revolutions of 1848.

A lot of them settled in Wisconsin and they were instrumental in founding the Republican Party at Ripon. They are often credited with securing the nomination of Abe Lincoln. A number of them, like Carl Schurz, held important positions in the Lincoln administration. Some were acquaintances and followers of fellow ‘48er Karl Marx, whose Civil War writings are solidly on the side of the Union.

Current mythology, as Dinesh D’Souza’s ridiculous “history” demonstrates, pretends that the ‘48ers and the Radical Republicans didn’t exist, despite the fact that they controlled the party and Congress right up through the end of the Grant administration. Presidents Lincoln and Johnson had to be wary of them, Grant was one of them.
