I would like to believe we can re-establish the rule of law but Democrats are playing the long game.

To Democrats Trump is just a stumbling block.

Who comes after Trump? A Democrat or a never-Trumper Republican who will happily undo everything Trump has tried to do?

Trump is viewed as a stumbling block by the Bush League Republicans too.
They have 30 years invested in this bipartisan plan to fundamentally alter the country.
They are not going to abandon it.
