You have a point. I expect she will finish her six years because that would keep her in the Republican loop where she can help the democrats who got the senate seat for her. If Murkowski should switch now it might be offset by Joe Manchin also switching parties. An even swap which would benefit Republicans. The dems would lose their insider but the GOP would gain another fighter who would support their agenda. Of course, we are in the area of ifs, ands, and buts. Most likely, nothing much will change any time soon.
