If I’m reading the recall law properly (and assuming failure to represent the will of Alaskan voters is an appropriate claim that can be used to recall her), you have to get 25% of the total votes cast in the last election for that office. In the case of Murkowski, that would be 25% of 311,441 or 77,861.
That seems possible. 90K people voted for the Libertarian ... 138K voted for Murkowski. 41K voted for an independent named Stock, and 36K voted for the Rat.
It doesn’t matter, can’t be done to federal elected officials. Their removal is exclusively set forth in the Constitution. That decision was correctly decided; it will require an amendment, which Mark Levin has been pushing for, to allow recall of Congress people.
