As Christine Ford might say “Those aren’t my recollections.” Many people remember things differently. I remember reading reports on the subject before I left intelligence in 1983. What was I reading about? Science fiction?
If you knew anything, you would know Hypersonics was a collaboration of companies and educational institutions in support of the goal. Much of our goal during the 90’s was an open book with numerous white papers on the subject. We all were well informed. Those days are gone after Clinton sold the trash pickups to the F’ing Chinese. We started having to shred everything in sight after that. As I said, your memory is pure fantasy.
