As far as beer and middle fingers from the stands, that’s pretty much dog-bites-man to me.

Flipping an opposing player off is classless but not much can be done. Throwing a beer on a player should result in an immediate expulsion from the stadium and a ban for a period of time. That is crossing the line.

It IS crossing the line. Do you know if the beer-spiller got tossed? Every stadium in America already has that policy in place, best of my knowledge.
