How was there any basis for a lawsuit in the first place?
I thnk Stormy got bad legal advice.
Did she get that advice from Avanatti? Was he her lawyer in this case?
Who was paying the fees?
Of course, Avenatti is her lawyer. Her GoFundMe is history.
There wasn't. Anyone with $100 and a sleazy lawyer can file a lawsuit for anything. When one does so without any legal basis it gets dismissed and the filer pays the defendant's attorneys fees.
I think Stormy got bad legal advice.
That would be a yes.
I don't think it's about legal anything. Rather, she wants the attention, in fame/infamy, wants to have her face and anatomy plastered all over the place. That way, her career is recharged and her rates go up.
Putting aside the sordid morality of this whole affair, on what basis is this woman suing the President?
Even if we assume her account is 100% factually accurate, she was the one who-from everything I've heard-broke a binding legal contract.
Dems throw stormy under the bus and move on to the next Trump attack. Bye Felicia!
