How about some arrests for inciting riots? They might become more civil after some days behind bars. They keep this up and they may get one way helicopter rides over the ocean.

I’ll bet a lot of them, both male and female, would join the #metoo movement after a few days mixing with the hard core inmates. Maybe they should think about that.
