I don’t know what Kalama Zoo is doing here except that the Sixth Congressional District is the largest in the state and is gerrymandered to be majority black. Whites living in it have little representation in the House. Her staffers must have told her there is a `base’ to be fired up in SC. Black churches are just as politicized here as anywhere else.
