Please avoid putting your words in my fingers.

As a general rule of thumb, it is extremely hazardous to go against a move of God--hazardous in this life and hazardous about one's eternal destiny.

However, each individual's life and destiny are unique and God's authority is maximum regarding each individual.

The Old Testament has plenty of evidence about what happens to folks who fight leaders God has installed, is directing and has chosen to bless abundantly.

Sure, mileage may vary . . . however, wisdom is still wisdom.

Nice dodge!

You originally wrote, “God has commandeered the GOP for HIS purposes the last couple of years ...”.

I was simply asking where you came by this information and that if there are those of us who don’t buy into it are we to suffer His wrath.

Perhaps a book, chapter, and verse from either the Old or New Testament?

I am not questioning your faith but you postulated God commandeering the GOP. Anyway it is basically conjecture on your part. Notice I am not saying He didn’t. Just wondered how you knew He has done so (commandeered).

You will have the last word and that is fine.
