As long as they’re in mexico they’re basically mexicos problem......keeping them out of the USA is ours. If they get just one foot in the US they will have achieved their goal no matter how or what happens once they’re here....they’ve hit the ‘safe zone’.
They are not if they are adjudicated immediately. The problem has been a shortage of judges.
