These provisions transformed the character of illegal immigration:

<><> a portion of the 2008 Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act that limits the ability of law enforcement to repatriate swiftly unaccompanied children from non-contiguous (read: Central American) nations;

<><> the Clinton-era 1997 Flores settlement that put a ceiling on the US government's ability to detain minors;

<><> the lax “credible fear” standard---immigrants request asylum simply by saying they "fear" returning to their hovels in Tegucigalpa or Quetzaltenango;

<><> ridiculous provisions that force taxpayers to foot their travel bills when "terrified" check-cashing illegals revisit war-torn homelands.

THIS JUST IN--FR POSTED: ICE and the National Border Patrol Council say detrimental Obama-era policies remain in place.

Obama loyalists are still running their agencies....holdovers are described as "incompetent, corrupt and anti-enforcement".....
....... but the Obama/Democrat plan is to place illegals in strategic electoral college states........
