Not really. WWI was not caused by nations simply looking out for their own interests and dealing honestly with other nations doing the same thing. It was a European witches brew of monarchs, colonial interests, and entangling alliances. The European for secret agreement, behind hidden treaty, behind open alliance had far more to do with it. We are always presented with the false definition of nationalism that defines it as some outwardly aggressive style. Globalism is always the antidote. We were very nationalist throughout the 1700- 1800s, and were not a menace. Britain was very globalist in that time frame and was a worldwide menace.

And now the Euros are wrapping us up in the same crap they always have.

I agree. Thank you. And that is why globalist institutions founded on the claim of preventing another World War have many failings. There are still misconceptions about what led to the first 2.

Of course my heart is in understanding the *spiritual* roots of the conflict. That is where the real answers lie...
