If anyone needed further evidence that this is all political theater, this "news" should be convincing. After next Tuesday watch this all simply evaporate once they no longer have any political value to the left.

Close the borders. Eject all Illegal Aliens. A 10 year cessation on Immigration of all kinds.
I guess the caravan saying their intention is to cross the US border and refusing to accept asylum, jobs and welfare from Mexico is not enough evidence.

Let me rephrase/shorten that for effect:
They are suing so they can cross the border and get into ‘cages’

Because it’s not about them as individual human beings, and it’s not about jobs and poverty, and it’s not about conditions on the ground. It’s about US Politics

Refusers of asylum cannot win a suit for seeking asylum.
Like a starving refugee who says, is the chicken meal you’re offering me cage free and antibiotic free chicken? No? Then I won’t eat it. Try again.
Also, how did the Boston Marathon bombing family desperately seek asylum in US and then return by air flights several times to their hated home country? While getting entitlement money here?
Will migrants in invasion group soon say “I’ll be home for Christmas” to relatives still in Honduras? Some asylum.
