Seeking and getting are NOT the same thing.
Close the borders. Eject all Illegal Aliens. A 10 year cessation on Immigration of all kinds.

So they are mad that they can’t get in and get detained and thus not get a big photo-op for the lib media showing our evil concentration camps.
Let me rephrase/shorten that for effect:
They are suing so they can cross the border and get into ‘cages’
and why?
Because it’s not about them as individual human beings, and it’s not about jobs and poverty, and it’s not about conditions on the ground. It’s about US Politics
seeking asylum: too late.
They tripped themselves up by waving foreign flags of countries they supposedly were fleeing, and burning American flag.
And much worse for them, they refused asylum by Mexico when offered.
Refusers of asylum cannot win a suit for seeking asylum.
Like a starving refugee who says, is the chicken meal you’re offering me cage free and antibiotic free chicken? No? Then I won’t eat it. Try again.
Also, how did the Boston Marathon bombing family desperately seek asylum in US and then return by air flights several times to their hated home country? While getting entitlement money here?
Will migrants in invasion group soon say “I’ll be home for Christmas” to relatives still in Honduras? Some asylum.
