Heavier turnout in off years tends to favor Dems, unfortunately. I think they take back the House - narrowly - but GOP adds at least a couple of seats in Senate. Overall, probably not the best night, but not horrible, either.

It means endless investigations, at least an attempt at impeachment. Endless budget shenanigans, ZeroCare continues in some mutated fashion. Nothing gets done until 2020.
