You check the voting rolls for who voted and then you check to see who is a citizen.
If the rolls show that non-citizens were permitted to vote know you have illegal votes.
You then take twice that number of votes from the democrats.
That is the fine.
Now, next time they won't do it.
If they do, deduct four times that number of votes.

Good question - sure would like to know the answer to that. They can find names which may point to “illegals” but how do they determine HOW they voted!
Such a statement by these idiots, if true, would appear to be evidence of intent to commit and abetting vote fraud. We must have an investigation, and any statement like this will be used against them, especially if this was an officially introduced objection.
