Well, you see they say it is suddenly a campaign finance violation because they say it influenced the 2016 election somehow, and because they say it is such a thing and it didnt get listed as a campaign expense on campaign finance filings, presto change-ofelony, according to them. Even more tortuous than the penumbras and emanations in the Roe v. Wade decision.
